The Role of Customers in Startup Growth
At what point does it make sense for a company to think about this? Or at what stage, at what, however you define stage. That's a different question I guess from when I get involved typically. One thing I found is that the kind of sweet spot for me was one CEO who said, listen, 80, we've had tremendous success already. And I think we're going to have tremendous success. But everything we've achieved so far has been brute force of the founders.
