Lisa Mattingly's Sentencing for the First Time Ever
Lisa Mattingly is the 11th person to be executed by the Trump administration. She was sentenced to death for kidnapping a baby and sexually abusing her mother. Her half-sister Diane Mattingly has called on President Obama to grant clemency, which would mean that she just gets life in prison instead of the death sentence. The Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote a scathing letter to theTrump administration saying that there was an expedited spree of executions.
