In stocks, people are investing in companies a to make their money. You're looking at all these diferet things to decide whether or not that company is good to invest in. In the foreign exchange market, we look at imports and exports cause that tells us to all health of the economy. So if we have a lot of imports coming ind, that's telling us that, ok, consumer spending is there. If we have consumer spending, then that means that our economy ultimately is good at that point.
