Transphobia - Is the Internet the Only Place Where Trans Kids Can Get Information?
Anxiety about trans and especially childhood transition is also like an anxiety about the net in a weird way. Maybe it's part of a broader process, aa, austerity and institutionalized transfobia that makes it impossible for them to get that information anywhere else. And even though it's easy to look at this kind of scaremongring and things like, oh, my god, they're more transpeople than ever, but it's a very comn experience for trans people to literally not know anyone else trans in person.
