Ronda Vera is a great individual human story yeah I feel good big fan of Ronda Ver the person but like he stinks as an NFL head coach. He didn't know that he could be eliminated which is just freaking like mind-blowing to me how as the head coach do you not know what the elimination like scenarios are? There's this perception that the team gets sold and then boom changes happen immediately and everything's hunky door no it's gonna take a certain amount of time where the team still looks a whole lot like and operates a whole much like it did under the previous regime that Daniel Snyder has been running around with.
