I think it's really interesting that a lot of people like reach out to me in DM and they're like, I'm looking for a mentor. Will you help me? And I'm like, I put I post a podcast three times a week. I post LinkedIn content almost every day. Like, I don't need to have a one-on-one meeting with you to be your mentor. But yes, there's been plenty of people that have helped me along the way as well. Your company is obviously attracting the most top caliber talent. What advice would you give to younger companies who want to be able to do something like that?
