How to Create, Manage and Resolve Incidents in Slack
Use the slash incident command to create and manage incidents. Each incident gets their own slack channel, plus a hires dashboard at incident dot io with the entire time line from report to resolution. Get everyone on the same page from the moment they join the incident and help stake holders stay in the loop.
