How Do You End Up at BlackRock?
I share seems to have been almost an accidental business line from them. So, how do you go from that? How do you end up at a place like BlackRock? I went looking for what I thought would be the best asset management business. And so, as an institutional business, we did indexing. We thought indexing was cool. The I shares in the ETF idea came from, we just had a fundamental belief it was a better mouse trap.
