The Metaverse, the First Virtual Embassies in a Second Life

In russia, and i think in many other countries, peoplee only now starting to get a grip of what is going on. And they're still looking at other building blocks which can enable metawers. From the policy side of it, still in investigating what could be done and what has to be done. I don't yet see how how this is going to be game changing, but it's definitely going to be big and er.
