How to Intentionally Build a Good Life

The focus of the class is on how can you intentionally build a good life and not end up like these really bright people to mess up their lives. One issue is to try and find things that are fun for you to do so that it doesn't feel like drudgery. The benefits of eating well in exercise are tremendous. Even a little bit of exercise like playing pickleball 30 minutes a day or five days a week, have dramatic impacts on us physically and emotionally.
