'It's a Life Line for Her'
Nina's letters to her family are censored, so she cannot tell them what is really going on. She writes that even whatever heart troubles she might have had, she simply does not have thees pace to think about it because she's now at the point where it's bout survival. Her art is really a way for her, and her thoughts, her dreams about what she might be able to do in future, to stay alive. The theatre or so was really extraordinary, i have to say, yes, incredible strength, and clearly something that gave her incredible strength as well.
