The 90 10 Rule for for Profit Colleges

Every university, every college is 100% built to pull money out from that pool or they're dead. To be able to receive Title 4 funding, you have to become accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. There's a rule called the 90 10 rule, which is that if you're a for profit college, you can only take 90% of your income or revenue from federal funds. It all ends up on the students back. The student ends up screwed, but you don't care because I got mine.
