The Importance of Sharing Digital Experiences

Cheryl: I'm hugely appreciative of Cheryl's attention to human messiness in her book. She also talks about how people are not predictable and how they always exist within a space that can be noisy or quiet. And so being able to observe and understand and map all that, that's the essence of doing UX work that's necessary to make technology. The technology to adapt to humans and not the other way around.
