Is This a Regional Pandemic?

The greatest activity right now has been in the upper midwest and new england. I think that's a combination of people moving indoors, as well as a people becoming a little less careful during the holiday season. We simply don't have the level vaccinations in the communities we need to protect against sbread. The state attorney general recently sent a letter to school districts and health departments, basically threatening legal action if they try to enforce certain mask mandates.
