I think one of the neat things about seattle is the cross over between the tech world and the sports world. Whether jeff bazos or some one else buys this, it's pretty clear that the wealth in the us Economy right now is centered around technology. I don't think most tech people would want to divide their interests in loyalties and sports. So i think they're separate. In terms of the tech impact on this, it will be enormous.
