The Voice of America: A Case Study
The Voice of America is located downtown on the mall, right in a very high tourist area. Lawrence would park his car several blocks away in a parking space that he rented in a condo parking lot. Detectives theorized that his car might have actually been used to abduct him and then maybe after he was killed, the killers brought it back to the lot.
