The Misunderstood Judge in the Special Master Litigation
Judge Cannon was wrong on the law, pretty blatantly wrong. A few times she was like aggressively wrong. And that's not a good way to behave. I wasn't surprised to see a young relatively inexperienced judge act super, super small seat conservatively when you're dealing with a high profile politically charged case where a former president is the defendant. She also faced ethics charges. All the 11th Circuit's chief judge eventually dismissed those over it.
