The FBI's Investigation of a Fake Unibuber
The FBI goes on an other shit show rampage literally tracking down every Nathan R in the country and asking them if they know anyone that might be the Unibuber. And so they're getting frustrated until they notice something and they say, wait a minute, hold your titties. So what that means is that he had probably just put another piece of paper on top of this letter before he mailed it out and written something. They came to the conclusion that they got played.
