Anything you want to buy here in chattanooga that's decent is probabling o be somewhere in the 300 thousand dollar range. Most of your high interest debt is short term debt on these properties, ye? And you're not going to be able to re finance that into your you're duplex necessarily. If without that as a factor, i would definitely buias towards selling the property and consolidating all these things.
