I think what you have to do is when you start, you put yourself together. Do your hair, what's looks the best and just the same. When you go record yourself and go look at that footage because I was amazed what looked good in a mirror in a bathroom on camera shows completely different. You just, it carries over when you feel comfortable. If English is your first language, like it shouldn't be very hard for you to talk about things as you get more comfortable. That's my personal struggle because it's harder to have a nice flow.
