The new team is a group of people independent of ord chart, allined to commit and committed to achieve a goal. The new employee has nothing to do with where they report. And it could be inside, outside of the organization. It doesn't mattere the new leader. I came out with a book right before am the pandemic called leading without authority. Once i have the title now i lead. And this is how i lead.
