CNN's John Sutter talks to CNN iReport about his new book, "The Art of the Deal" He says he sees Trump as a narcissus who is projecting and not flexible. But that projection can also be based on other traits like Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), which has been linked with mental illness in recent years. 'I just sit back and i've seen a thousand versions of this,' writes Sutter.
