What Was the Diligence Like?

It was basically like, let's make a little bit of money off this and pay everything else off. We didn't hesitate to take a couple of consulting gigs on the side. So we had consulted for their growth as well as just all remained friends. And that's why this worked out so well, as we complimented their business so well. They said, what do you want? You gave them a number, and so o, the rest was history.
