The President's Freedom of Speech

Julie Ben-Darras: It's impossible. You can't have an indictment, presumption of innocence, and then have these limits on the person. We're not just talking about any person here. We're talking about Donald Trump. And this has been his whole entire platform since before he was elected president. He is a social media giant. So if he wants to communicate his innocence or whatever the heck he wants, that's your freedom of speech.
