What Is Yoga?
Yoga is not being able to do a headstand. It's not holding your breath for a minute, it's just being able to calm your mind. Once you can make this distinction between the environment and sensory exposure to wat truly is you, that's yoga. I choose to re at differently i've been my life. And another thing in a wite is you should not suppress. There'r some things that we should not either suppress, hunger, thirst and 13 other urges,. So suppression doesn't work
