The Museum's Security Guards Curate the Art Exhibit
The Baltimore museum of the arts has hired 17 security guards to curate an exhibition. They are being mentored and professionally developed by a renowned art historian and curator, doctor lowry stokes sims. A trustee came up with the idea in conversation with other trustees about ways to fulfil the museums commitment to be more representative of the community. The guards have had a tremendous time in enjoying themselves, having fun im curating this exhibit.
