The new romantics were, again, like most things, the punks all came from Cameron. They defined the generation and the look and any thoughts for that generation. But it was all about going, I do not want to conform. So we come out of the 1970s punk era and the sex festivals and PIL. And then suddenly went into this softer, but still kind of, I'm not conforming. You know, I feel now everybody wants to be in a box.
