When a property has a quote range, let's take that example, $8.30. If there is an offer placed higher than the bottom of the range, so higher than $800, and that offer is formally documented as in it's signed on a contract of sales,. That's a formal offer, and it is then rejected by the vendor. So in that case, if you formally documented $8.05, technically thebottom of the quote range should be up to $8.5 or $8.6.
