I'm 25 and Single, Should I Rent or Get a House?

i'm 25 and single. Should i keep the flexibility of renting, or get into a house? Soonest i like my job and i plan to stay around for at least five years. I think that there are young folks all over the country asking this question right now. It is distorting the market in a lot of ways because you have institutional investors who don't care about what's happening with real estate. They're getting rates at the same rate, or even cheaper, than you are going to have access to as primary residence. And it's a very unfair atmosphere for people trying to buy their first home.
