Trump's Arraignment Is a Test of the Rule of Law

Tomorrow, the United States will for the first time ever arraign and briefly take into custody the person who used to run the U.S. government. In many ways it's a test of the rule of law that experts say we should be ready to approach with an open mind but trust in the process. There will not be cameras inside the courtroom tomorrow. As of this hour, we don't know whether or not a mugshot would be taken. The terms of Donald Trump's bail as a defendant will also be set.
