i think it might be worth talking now as a way of kind of taking off the the sort of headline points before going a little bit deeper uh looking at what a lula government actually is proposing. As things stand just to give listeners and viewers a sense of where we are so the first round lula 148 to 43 percent polls and we know that they can prove be proved wrong but if you want to believe that lula leads by route four to eight points I'm personally not holding my breath and relying on those figures because i think it may be much tighter than that um But let's assume for the moment that lula wins what kind of congress will be dealing with then well first of all
