How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off
The first habit is stick to a meal plan. If you are going to snack, go for fresh fruit instead of delicious things like cookies and pastries and confections or the like. The next tip is to move more, to walk more, take the stairs, try to be more active outside of your work outs. For example, instead of taking the elevator, you can take the stairs. Instead of just sitting in your chair for hours on end every day while you're working, you can set a timer to get up every hour to maybe two hours max. Right now i have a protene shake plus two scoops Plus Two Sculpting Makers which will help me lose weight
