Can You Kill a Terrorist?
Let's say you spot a terrorist that you know is a terrorist. Can you kill him or do you have to call the police? You can't kill anybody because nobody's in uniform. Now let me change it from invading force to a terrorist. A known terrorist who's going to blow up a building and kill people. What do you think? If you're actually being invaded by a force, you can't kill him? Look how unsure you are. Isn't it weird that you're unsure? Because I'm unsure as well.
