Are You Open to Sharing?
If you want to become an expert, this is what it takes like it isn't just some overnight thing. You have to gain the experience. Are open to sharing and can talk about mistakes. If you are at any level of superintendent on a project larger than two million dollars, you don't belong there. And my admonition is if you are going to aspire to greatness, then you need to be great.
