Is There a Need for Evaluations From Athletic Administrators?
Athletic administrators aren't given the same kind of latitude in theirjob to serve as like support retention training around coaches. In washington state, for example, many athletic administration contracts are only nine months. There's just no way to actually provide the kind of support to your coaches that they need. The evaluation doesn't do any good unless we're able to provide the follow up support.
