Is Aaron Rodgers Talking to the Jets?

Trey Wingo tweets that Aaron Rodgers and the Jets talked on Monday. He says Rodgers isn't open to going to New York again, but he's open to it. The Packers have reportedly given Rodgers permission to talk to other teams. That would seem to be step one before Rodgers talks to the Jets; otherwise it's tampering.
