The Conflict Between Discrimination Law and Religious Liberty

Walter Olson: We've already seen this clash between discrimination law and religious liberty. He says cases teed up now are likely to be informed heavily by what occurred in Bostik. The reaction has been interesting, he says; there have been people who were expecting results from Republican judicial nominations. But at the same time, that's kind of an argument between intellectuals, which may not have that much staying power, said Olson.
