EPA has failed to comply with this really important part of the clean water act for decades. More pollution from big industries like oil and petrochemical plants pour into our waterways than should be allowed. These industries have not been updated since the 1980s and 19 early 1990s why not it's just EPA not paying attention is it overworked are they captured by the industries they're supposed to regulate what's going on?
