How to Keep a Consistent Positive Energy

First stabilize the project. Break people out of their cycles. Drive them immediately to win something. Reward them in some way to where they have physical interaction, proximity and energy as a grew. Leaders show when energy is low. And if you're the leader, i don't care if there's 580 workers out there, your shoulders have to be farther back. Your head has to be tilted farther up. Your chest has to be puffed out, not in an aggressive, like mean way, but like confident energy. We're going to win.
