Your loved ones who died haven't left you. They've just moved on to the next station of life—and phone service isn't very good there. They're waiting to see you again, and as they wait, they rejoice in your visits to their graves. They celebrate when they hear of your 'ibadah and accomplishments in the dunya. And they are elated to receive the best gift of all that you can possibly give them: your du'a for them.
