The Debt Ceiling and the House Budget Debate

There have been a lot of ideas put out there in terms of how we get there. I think the challenge is that both parties will have to do things that they don't want to do. We move to a parliamentarian system so that you whoever's in charge gets the pass their budget as opposed to going through this circumstance where we've already allocated this money by Congress.
