I think basically they're looking for cover would not exactly be the word I would use, but enough latitude to say, well, some of those shareholders are saying that we need to focus on ESG. So you know what? We're just going to make our own business judgment. And in the industries where people who joined that industry cared about those products, they're going to end up doing a better job. That's actually the play is just bring a diversity of voice to the table that at least empowers the kinds of people who are quietly thinking in the boardroom.
