If you want to keep a job and it is, get along with people, have people like you, deliver things on time, be good at your job. The equivalent of that is just do lots of the stuff, do lots of it over and over and over again. And I can't emphasize how important that doing it a lot is. It's the more failures you have, the more successes. That's the only way you can find out what you're good at.
