There is no law that allows them to compel you to provide identification. Many casinos have lost their casino license because they have let underage gamblers gamble or face considerable points. You want to know why? Because they please it very aggressively on the front side. The personnel on the floor are told to go up to you and ask for ID and if you refuse to provide it put them out of the casino.
