Dohori's Forgeries Aren't Real
Elmeer Dohori sold paintings inspired by famous artists, passing them off as designer originals. A Chicago art dealer named James Faulkner bought some paintings from Dohori in 1955 and then he found out they were fake. He pressed charges for mail and telephone fraud; it's a big time. Don't do crime in the US mail. Never. Stop your crime.
