I'm a Mystified by the Democrat's Not Calling for Special Elections

In injeff city, they pretty much all agree, except for house care amean. The result is that the democrats in the house anyway, will are likely to have a little more clout than they would ha. So you don't see a strategic reason why the governor wouldn't have called for these elections yet.
