I personally wouldn't care that much to know like oh, I did more weight or I did as long as it feels good As long as I'm feeling better over time and feeling strong I don't really care about the particular movement. Strength is a really interesting thing. It's like pin pointed down to these very specific movements. But it just doesn't mean what you think it means at all.
