The Only Way to Confront Your Trauma Is Passively, Right?
The only way to confront your trauma is passively, you're not actively doing it. And that's why counter with the gaze is so traumatizing and brings you back to original trauma. You can't really take part in society unless you fix yourself. Like you are losing the battle of the survival of the fittest. That's what those kinds of therapies and inverted commas do - they make people promise things for a finite amount of time. I think that just, I want to tie the dart, the Darwin thread to it is it's like, if you can't do that, you cannot survive.
