Is There a Long Time Period for Regulations?

Gensler has been pretty clear about this, is that he has a along agenda that he wants to get through. But pushing through an agenda without adequate time for consideration is not goodd government. I think we'll noted that some of these c rules are exceedingly long. And it was buried ina 600 plus page comment or notice of proposed rule making,. and there's very little time to respond. Its just not not a good way to make good rules.
