It's hard to trigger that feeling of crisis if there isn't actually a crisis happening. So i wonder if you can talk a little bit about how ou try to design for that when it's not really happening to you. One of the ways that we are able sort of simulate what we call cognitive load, which is one of thethings that happen during a crisis. Hat could also happen when some one's very distracted. They might be using your product while they're multi tasking. You just have to run through it and do your best.
